1998 dodge ram 1500 5.2 changed fuel pump ran fine for a month then died once and started back couple weeks later died and wont start without starting fluid not getting fuel any ideas

Have you checked pressure at the fuel rail yet? Driver side of the engine, just below the throttle body is a schrader valve, looks like a tire valve. If memory serves, your press should be 45-55psi with ignition on. If not, your lines are clogged, or your new pump is bad.
