Make sure the throttle cable is clear and the throat of the throttle body is clear. It could be a bad throttle position sensor - get the codes read.

thermal temp sensor dead,,or sticking throttle control valve stuck open ,[most likely] or glitch in bcm or ecm or poor ground circuits or b+ shorting across to injection system and or any related fuel delivery components [hello] just guessing
