FOUND ECM TO BE FAULTY, PERFORMED TAP TEST ON ECM, FAN QUIT RUNNING AT THAT TIME

starts most of time. but wont start sometimes . When that happens ther is a click noise and thats it , no crank. After sets for awhile it starts . what the problem please help
