you still need to check the fuel volume and fuel filter if you changed the filter you did not say so.....also put 2 cans of ZMAX (auto zone,checkers....) fuel additive/cleaner in your 1/2 filled gas tank..dive it for a while and report back...before we get into other things.
Does the engine stumble ... or does it just max out with no other symptoms? Since it's a 10 year old Truck it seems odd that the problem just appeared or I would suspect a faulty input to the OBC ... Kelly probably has the best way to go
engine runs good until 3600 rpm's. then it just boggs down. go under 3600 rpm's and it picks up again. as long as you keep it under 3600 rpm's it runs good. in every gear. I ran a fuel psi gauge into the vehical it never move from 58 psi. even when it started to bog, still 58 psi. checked this psi after the fuel filter. will plug in obd II on Monday to see if it reads anything. will report back. thanks hop
