what could cause my temperture on my 2005 dodge ram 1500 with 4.7 v8 to be running hotter than normal .

I have replaced the thermostat . then realized that the barren on the water pump was bad so I replaced it . also had some idle issues so I cleaned the throttle body . it was vibrating some when it was idling . it still runs hotter than normal but when im driving it runs the temperature as it did new
