brake line on my 1989 dodge 150 driver side rear broke it goes from hard line on one side to soft on the other back by my gas tank how do i repair it?

it broke from age and its the rubber line that that came apart at the connection where it feed to a hard line in this bracket.the other end of the rubber line doesnt have a end on it that you can put a wrench on it to remove it??? is it a special line?also when this broke i am loosing brake fluid for my fronts as well but i only found the one leak what might that be ?

the one end that broke off had a clamp on it and it was hooked to the steel line in this bracket the steel is still there.

okay.is there a special way of removing it it has a different kind of end on it?its smooth and doesnt look like you can get a line wrench on it.also does the front brakes run on the same line because i have lost brake fluid in the front res?thankyou
