My guess is that it's not charging properly. Check all the battery cables and connections and have the alternator tested if need be.

If that fails, lift carpet on passenger Side front the connection for the BCM is there right under the tranny control unit. If the tranny control is leaking it could be leaking on the connectors and cause a short and false read
