After getting stuck without diesel with BMW x5 3.0l  
d 2005 model....it won't start?

Do you mean you ran the fuel tank low enough for the vehicle to stall? You might have burned out the fuel pump and or have dirt from the bottom of the tank sucked up into the fuel lines.
