Replace the key for the lock and the key lock only

I replaced the key and the key lock on the
1999 Lincoln Continental afterwards the car
will not start what do I do

The security system is not recognizing the new key. You need to have the new key programmed to the vehicle by your local Lincoln Dealer. On a Ford Product you need two working keys to program additional keys to the vehicle yourself. Without that, the Dealer has to do it. Hope that helps! Jim
