Late model vehicles will drain a battery over a shorter period of time than they use too. Computers need memory to make the vehicle run right and that takes power. If the vehicle is going to sit more than a week then you need a battery maintenance charger hooked up. If your vehicle is too far away from household current then go solar charger, they are not the greatest but will keep it up if the battery is good to start with.

I'm going to put the ECM FUSE back in before I drive it but if I take it out along with radio fuse while it sits will it help with the draining problem.

The problem with your plan is it could kill the memory and if that happens it won’t run properly and some accessories may not work. Then the dealer will have to do a re-flash of the computer systems and that may involve a having the car towed there plus the costs at the dealer. A lot more money than a simple battery maintenance charger.
