I am a private party. Is the Instant Market value that shows when I am determining what to price my car, the price that a dealer would charge for this car?

A dealer would probably be asking more but you can always offer less.

I want to sell my care to a private party. I am not buying a car from a dealer. Do I set my price based on the "Great Deal Price" shown by Car Guru?
