Es350 nav is not working

I changed my battery and now on the screen it says program can not be read with
Japanese writing under it.does anyone know what to do

Most likely the nav disc needs to be removed and re installed. I have seen that a few times. Someone installs the battery and when they power the accessory on without starting the engine they dont wait long enough for the radio and nav to boot up like the screen says to do. Try turning the car to accessory and removing the nav disc and then re installing it.

I have a 2007 Lexus with transmission problem but it still start but been sitting for 2yrs replace battery no radio or navigation won't come on would it be an electric problem
