Cracked dash

I have a beautiful 2005 rx330 Lexus my dash
is now all cracked and pieces are falling out
it’s not safe I mean the airbags are behind it
and I don’t feel comfortable with it like this it
seems like a common issue and please can
some one send me in the right direction on
what I should do

it is a common issue on your vehicle. Stop into your Lexus dealer to talk about replacing it. Since your vehicle is older, the cost will probably be on you. Maybe the dealer will help out a little? Talk to them.
