Hmm... bare with me a second I'm having trouble reading your post... Your car is overheating rapidly? You already checked/replaced thermostat. It knocks when you start it? It has stalled while running before? Dealer thinks it's the fuel pump? Is that right? --------------------------------------------------------- Okay I have some questions then... Is there any smoke coming out of the exhaust? White or grayish-blue? --------------------------------------------- Then.... Have a compression test run (Not by the dealer if you have a choice) Have fuel pressure at the rail tested (To eliminate the dealers thought of the fuel pump being bad) ----------------------------------------------------------
