Flapping noise when accelerating

My Lexus is250 2006 makes a loud flapping sound
whenever I accelerate. It gets louder sometimes
depending on how fast or slow I drive it. It’s hard to
figure out where the noise is coming from.. any
ideas ?

Check under the car for a loose under cover.
