Car Gurus rejection

I saw a car listed on Auto trader but it is not on Car Gurus.  Does Car Gurus reject certain cars or dealerships for certain reasons to be listed on their site, the car is listed as having 4 owners but does have a clean car fax.  It is a 2011 Lexus LS460 Vin JTHBL5EF3B5106585.  I just wanted to know if it was odd or a red flag the car would be on Auto Trader but not Car Gurus as most I have seen are on both sites

Anyone can list their car for sale here, it's strictly voluntary and not mandatory. Dealers who list cars on both sites are just trying to reach a wider audience. It doesn't mean cars have to be listed on both.
