Vibration felt when accelerating to 20 mph

Visually inspect tires. Daughter had same issue with AWD. I thought it was the rear yolk... Sounds like her description.
Can you hear a noise when the vibration occurs? I'm having problems with my 2019 Lexus 350 and it only has 3,500 miles on it. They said it is the muffler, so they did replace and adjust part of the muffler system. I got it back a couple days ago, but it is still making the same noise and vibration when the car gets between 1.3 and 1.8 RPM's. I will be taking it back to the shop again. Looking for posts with other people with this same noise and vibration issue.
The Lexus dealer said model years 2016 to 2019 on the Lexus RX 350 have a vibration noise when the car starts out, i.e. between 1.3 and 1.9 RPM's. Customers that have owned previous models are complaining about the noise. Lexus fix is to redo the muffler system. It did not help the noise in my car. Took it to my car repair shop to evaluate. They confirmed it is a vibration noise, also, and nothing is wrong with the transmission. Lexus told me that they will no longer try to fix the issue. 50 percent of the cars where they have adjusted the muffler system still make the vibration noise. Pretty much said I have to live with it. Needless to say, I will be writing Lexus corporate. Hopefully, the 2020 models don't have the same issue. This was our fourth Lexus RX 350. I'm not too happy that it sounds like an old truck while accelerating, but glad to know it is not my transmission.
Im with the same issue right now my car start vibration at 45 mph ... they don't know what it is ... 2019 rx 350 l only 2000 miles .. i think are the tires but they don't replace them because warranty
Relative to my vibration noise, once Lexus adjusted the muffler and the vibration noise still continued, they said corporate Lexus said there is nothing else they can do. They are having this same problem on a majority of the RX 350's. It is what it is! Unfortunate.
Same as before, relative also to the vibration noise, I gave my RX350 to the Lexus repair. They kept it one week, replaced PIPE ASSY and two GASKETS for exactly the same vibration as before. I think they know the problem but don't do the good repair (too expensive). I am very disappointed. These vibrations are very abnormal. My SC430 of 2004 is a lot better with a beautiful normal noise. Lexus must do the correct repair on the RX350. Except this noise, all is perfect.

We have the 2019 Lexus RX 350 with the same problem. Started 5-6K miles. Muffler vibration makes sense. At first I thought it might be a u joint or a transmission or motor mount It should not be there. The fuel pump issue and the Nav screen going blank once. Just another nail in the Lexus coffin. Glad we leased it.
Hello all (victims) , Sorry too bad to call this, but I would like to concern this issued happens in my 2020 RXL (luxury package) either. The only thing I want too mention if you try to switch to manual shift and keep gear #6 then you won’t feel nothing. So I think when Lexus switch to 8 transmission system. They not doing good on design or programing to the right one because if you drive at low speed with the high gears (8) the engine should be shaking (vibrate) of course. Just my opinion.

I've had my 2020 back 3 times. the last time they did the recall fix from 2018, it feels like it shifts smoother but the drone noise is still there. Will be calling the salesman again tomorrow, This is the most expensive vehicle I've had and most disappointing because of the drone noise. I drove a 200 which is $15,000 less and heard no issue. So disappointed.
I bought a used 2013 Lexus RX 350 F sport. In auto transmission car jerks when switching gears from 1st to 2nd and to 3rd . The problem goes away when I drive in manual. Also I noticed the jerks severity depends on how much pressure I apply on gas pedal . When I gradually apply pressure on the gas pedal , car does not jerk as much compared to when I apply more pressure . Jerk is more severe under ECO mode . When I turn ECO off , jerk is less severe. I am planning on taking the car to Lexus dealership to see if they can fix it with in a reasonably price. Until then if anyone has any recommendations or solution please share.
