2009 Lexus RX350 daytime running light staying on when headlights are on

i recently purchase a 2009 Lexus RX350.  the driver's side daytime running
light goes off but the passenger side daytime running light stays on.  i'm
assuming they are both supposed to go off.  any ideas on why the passenger
side is staying on?

Disregard...there’s another small light bulb above the daytime running light that comes on when the headlights are on
