I have a 08 Lexus RX350 my oil cooling hose went out it was under warranty but then I was told my oil control valve which regulates my oil is bad I felt that it should have been covered

The cooling hose was covered under
the towing enhancements pk but isn't
a recall but the pipes have been
changed to metal this lost of oil could
have made the oil control valve
malfunction but now Lexus says it's
gonna cost me 600+ because there's
also a piece of metal somewhere by
my valve. I'm I wrong any suggestions

sounds like they left that piece of metal ??? in the system when they did the repair...

so they turned loose the car like that to you??? tell them to fix it...
