batt. is good , head lights are nice and bright ? is it a loud clunk ? starter may be bad , is there a starter relay ?

New starter. New alternator. New relay. New key battery. New battery that starts Ram diesel easily. All terminals and wire ends cleaned thoroughly. Engine turns with screw driver in ring gear. Starter drive turns by hand. H/lights bright, dash bright, all power equipment works. Tried jumping it from running vehicle. No joy. Same problem as original starter. Loud clunk like starter solenoid engaging but engine doesn't turn over. Original problem- turned car off wouldn't start again. Toyota's response... F*** off We sell and service new cars. .
