Dealership Fraud

Why would anyone ever buy from such a shady dealership. I purchased my
Jeep from Auto District in 2017 and first they did not provide smog, after
going back forth with them about it i just went ahead and did the smog
myself. But it is now almost two years later and i still have not received my
registration. i talked with police and they told me that the dealership never
released the vehicle. so i will be pursuing legal action and will sue that crap
out of this company, i don't care how long it takes or how much money i will
have to spend as long as they pay for their crime. all could have been
avoided if they just released the vehicle to me but now it is going to be fight.
So again why would anyone ever choose to buy from the absolute worst
dealership to ever exist?
