transfer case shifting

I have a 2018 jeep wrangler jk after setting transfer case to flat tow, I have a
hard time shifting back to regular driving 2h. What is the best procedure to shift
back to 2h normal driving

When was the transfer case serviced? Almost 5 years old it is possible that the transfer case servo motor is getting a little weak.

Then it needs to be run in. Every week you need to take it off road and use the transfer case selection system for at least 5 miles for a month, then once a month after that. New transfer case gearing is tight compared to the rest of the drive train so a different procedure has to be done.
