he doesn't want it broken down on the side of the road and surely doesn't want to see more taillights...lol

change your axle gearing , add headers, throttle body, a chip, intake manifold, cold air intake any of these will give your stang more get up and go

Unfortunately, you have a 94-95, which narrows your aftermarket parts choices quite significantly. Contrary to popular belief, chip tuning is typically ineffective on 5.0 liter engines and since you have a 94-95, you've got a cross-over computer that was a half-step between the Ford EEC-IV and EEC-V, which makes it difficult to work with. Anything you could gain with a chip could easily be done with more conventional methods (i.e. adjustable fuel pressure regulator, ignition timing, and TPS voltage). TRUST me, been there done that, made zero hp with a chip after doing the above previously. DO NOT chip it. Go with a good air filter setup, headers (longtubes where clearance is not a major concern or un-equal shorties when it is....since equal-length shorties WILL make more power but make things so much harder to work on under the hood that it's often not worth it....a good catback exhaust and H or X pipe, aftermarket throttlebody..... Going beyond that is where the parts costs start to ramp up dramatically i.e. intake manifold, heads, camshaft, roller rockers, and the associated modifications necessary to run these such as AFPR, larger injectors, fuel pump, etc. Going with a power adder is an alternative route...if you can find a good supercharger kit, you could get a healthy bump in power without breaking the bank too badly, just make sure you do your research and get the supporting modifications (fuel delivery) if the kit does not cover them.

Considering how reliable, and cost effective the LS is compared to any ford engine, I can tell you don't know anything about LS series engines.
