You said on the other question, that cranking to start and adding starting fluid produces a start but it dies from a lack of fuel. This indicates fuel system tests are in order next. The pressure and volume can be checked if you hear the pump run, if not, then you need to verify power and ground are there when trying to run it. You need a book that can simplify this in plain terms for you. the public library can get a c/k or a g-van book for you since the powertrains are the same for the fuel pump diagnosis. The pump either is not receiving a signal, or does not have a ground. If you can verify both ? Then a problem may have occured during the pump replacement or you could have a defective new part, perhaps.

If you have an ignition module failure ? causing your fuel pump failure ? That would have to mean that your computer does not receive the signal to tell it spark was verified and allow it to enable the fuel pump. The pump should run for 1-2 seconds with the key on, then start again during cranking. If you have a trouble code in the vehicles memory you need to report it here. If you have worked on any areas of the system, you need to recheck yourself.

I am going to ask you to complete these tests and cross check yourself and then work your way to an electrical cause or a failing new part. I am not going to suggest any fuel pump relay tests as of yet, but inspect it if you like. we need the info from the tests .
