99 silverado 4.3

I have a 1999 Chevy Silverado that is showing a no.
1 cylinder misfire. I have changed the distributer,  
cap, rotor, cam sensor, plugs, wires, coil pack,
ignition control module, map sensor,  maf sensor. It
misses when the gas pedal  is touched , when put
into drive it won't go over 35mph. It starve out and
die between 35 and 40mph.
