99 silverado

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Dead skip, won't idle, random misfire code only,
replaced MAF, MAP, plugs,wires, fuel filter,
converters, cleaned throttle body, egr not stuck
open, all plugs are black, and not wet, driver side
converter really hot. Help

Drivers side converter could be clogged up how hot? red hot?....have you checked the IAC (idle air control)valve?
