Removal of 2 inch lift

Old owner put a 2 inch lift on the back can I just remove the
blocks or will it be lower in the back? If so where or how much
is the original lift
Its a 98 Chevy Silverado k1500

I don't want it squatted I would rather it lifted in the back then that and I don't have the money for 2 sets of u bolts if it is
My Silverado is factory and has a 1 inch block under the rear springs. I would leave it alone as most likely the camber/caster has already been setup for the lift or your tires would be showing abnormal wear patterns.
Make sure your tires will still fit after taking the "extra" lift out. You also may need to tweak the suspension to accommodate the change.
I went ahead and removed it. it sat nice and level it has stock tires on it so no worry there I doubt they put camber on the wheels it's a old Florida redneck truck it also drive significantly better
The fact that it drives better kinda proves they just slapped the kit on and didn’t finish the job. So good luck with your new rig.

Also when they lifted it the drive shaft angle was off set , there may have been some slight vibration Eh ?
