how do you diagnose brakes on a 1999 chevy silverado , I have replaced the master cylinder , both back calipers and one front along with brake pads and bled them all without it on and running . Puzzle

Oh it does have ABS that was disabled before I got the truck . Thinking about just removing the ABS and just putting in splitter blocks if that will work .
