I have a 1999 Chevy Silverado replaced all brake lines, master cylinder, calipers, brake pressure modular valve and still have no brakes

Check for loose front wheel bearings if one or both are loose will cause brake pedal to go to floor.

They are both tight. Now do the truck have to off or on when bleeding the brakes?
