how do I unstuck 2000 Silverado stuck in 4wd high?

2000 Chevy 1500 Silverado stuck in 4wd, will not unstick, tried reverse, tried
battery, no luck.

Do you have manual shift or electric shift? In any case move the truck back and forth a little bit in a straight line and stop and try shifting again. What ever you do, don't drive it on dry pavement with it in 4WD.
