Can I pull a trailer that weighs 4300 pounds with my 2000 Chevy Silverado

I have level loader shocks on the back of my 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 3 Dr LS Extended Cab Stepside SB - I had to have them put on for hauling 1/2 that weight. I do not recommend anything over 5000 (IF YOU HAVE MODIFICATIONS)
