The 3 may be unrelated , head lights are hot at all times along with brake lights and , horn , see if the horn works it may be a fuse , If the directional light shares a bulb with the brake light then the brake light may pass through the directional switch . ie. hit the brakes and turn on a directional it'll take the place if the brake light , So there may be a grounding problem in that circuit , check for any damage to wires/switches/disconnects ., a multi tester helps to find the problem .

2003 Silverado Z71. No rear lights on driver's side. Replaced the wiring harness. Still nothing. What else could it be? Passenger side works fine.
