Im lost

I got a 03 chevy silverado 1500 with the 5.3.
My issue is ibe changed the intake gasket
throttlebody fuel pump and regulater, mass
air flow fuel filter, fuel lines full tune up in the
last 3 weeks used all ac delco parts.  Can
anyone give me advice on where to look
next. I no lonher have any check codes.
Truck still runs extremely rough only when in
gear. And only over 25 mph

A little more info. Before changing parts i had a P0174 P0171 P0300 P0118 P0455 Codes have bean removed and havent returned for 3 days now.

You've replaced everything I can think of. Is there any chance you got a batch of gasoline with water in it? Ask around where you bought gas and see if anyone knows anything.
