I have a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 It was idling & turned off. Now it will not start. when key is turned on it does nothing. Does someone have a fix?

I have changed the starter & cellunoid, checked the battery, checked fuses & etc. I think with the mechanic that it could be electrical or module.

We now realize that the fuse for the fuel pump is blowing. I guess next will be changing the fuel pump.
