Tapping noise under dash

When driving down the street I heard a tapping
noise I pulled over and looked under the hood and
heard nothing I get back in my truck and hear the
tapping noise coming from the passenger side I
can't seem to know what that is

could be a broken actuator arm for the vent work , it may happen on start up or when making a selection ,

When I got off work this morning it didn't make any noise do you know how much they cost at AutoZone
