OK guys .. I'm bout to give up!!!

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck stalls .. I got pressure gauge it show 58-60 psi wen idle . it
takes about an hour to drop to 40 after I turn it off. My lights inside go
dim and my fuel and oil gauge go up and down then the truck stalls but
turns back on right away.I did a resistance check on fuel pump with a
multi meter and I got a reading of 0.78 on positive side  and a reading of
0.02 on negative side if I did it right.. What do y'all think is causing the
stalls????

Did you replace your Fuel Pressure Regulator? How is the condition on the Battery and Charging system?

Check air filter and clean throttle body and replace fuel filter if have not done so in a while.
