06 chevysilverado not good

K now I'm ready to blow it up
! My truck started to run
really rough ,now it stalls on
me while driveing. Now it
won't stay dueling . I cleaned
my mass air flow sensor  
.the intake cold air .
Checked fuel rail pressure is
good . What do i do now ?
