How to get everything working again after anti theft reset

Just reset my anti theft now truck is running but message
says charge sys failure what does that mean and what do I
do to fix  thanks

The sys failure is gone but still trying to figure out how to get everything back to normal again after anti theft reset

Dome lights, 4 wheel drive, power windows, reverse lights and gauges are not working after the anti theft was unlocked and reset. The light comes on every so often but truck continues to run
