Battery has a full charge and connections all good? Note the diagram. Is there a security system on this vehicle? Is there a security lamp on the dash that is on or flashing when you try to start? In the diagram, you can see starter relay, the relay has two sides, the control side, left side, needs voltage and ground. Can you unplug starter relay, if so, unplug it, use a test light between those two terminals, control side, have helper turn key to crank, if the test light comes on, you got voltage and ground. The voltage for control side of relay is fuse protected as you can see, if you trace the circuit. The load side of relay, right side, is hot all the time and fuse protected. There is also a crank fuse that tells the computer, the key is in the crank position. Do you think the starter motor is ok?
