Stuck throttle plate, inoperative ISC, internal vacuum leak, any codes?

Vacuum leak and or IAC (Idle Air Control) valve not working properly are the two main causes. In that order. Unplug the IAC and start the engine. Tap on the IAC with the handle end of a screwdriver. If the idle comes way down, you've found the problem. Jim
