How do I get my power windows & door locks to work properly?

My power windows won't go down & my power door locks, click on & off while I'm driving, where should I look first to determine what tha problem may be?  Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank You!

Check your main driver door switch,unplug harness to switch,and if it stops,you will have solved your problem,Then replace with a new or junkyard part.
