everything is attached,i think the hood latch is rusted shut.when i pull the lever inside i hear a clicking sound under the hood but it won't open.if i can get access to it i can probably open it with a screwdriver or something.the problem is i can,t get at it.you can't get at it through the grill.right behind the grill is the condensor and behind that is the radiator.the latch is behind the radiator.i even jacked the car up and tried to get it from underneath and i can't even see it. i even called 3 dealerships and they couldn't help me.

You have to grab the cable by your feet with pliers pull on it until pops it would help if you have someone pull on the hood at the same time.
