When i let off the brakes on my 04 ford expedition
it wont go its like the brakes are on i smelled
something like a burning smell what could that be

Sounds like you have a stuck caliper. Dirt or debris in the brake fluid can cause the caliper to fail to release (keeping the bake applied). Rebuilding or replacing the calipers may be necessary.
