how can i get a copy of the user guide?

Dear Bashar-- I assume you are talking about an owner's manual for your 2002 Ford Explorer. The best place to find one of these is through the parts department at your local Ford dealer. Good luck from Bovan.

I got mine on Ebay,All information as the owners manuals except on CD. It cost me 3.99 plus 1.50 shipping or save the 1.50 and have it emailed to you.You have to download the CD to your computer,so just have it emailed to you.Get it in minutes,instead of days.
