Won't move while in gear

When I put it in R,D,1,2 or 3 the engine revs up when I put
my foot on the gas but it does not move. The last 2 weeks
it has been having issues shifting in to 2nd and 3rd gear
while in Drive. Second gear it feels like the rear end jumps
or hits a big bump then 3rd gear feels like it slows way
down actually making your body move forward then it start
to go after a second or 2 making your body move back. I'm
not sure if that makes sense. Could this be some sort of
safety shut off? Is my trans just done? It doesn't have a
dipstick so I can't check the fluid
