Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi,

After completing the Job The Car show Wrench Light On which says "Powertrain malfunction indicator: Illuminates when a powertrain or a 4x4 fault has been detected. Contact your authorized dealer as soon as possible." in the user manual.
IS there any procedure when disconnecting the Transmission Harness or replace the Transmission Harnes.  The Car is not changing the ghears it seems. The car is still with local service center.

Please need your guid/assistance what went wrong here.
Thanks.

Sounds like the transmission control module (electronic). Unfortunately one needs an live view analyzer to detect the exact cause of the problem.
