Cant get my ford taurus to start please help?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It started to sputter real bad like it was
choking or misfire so i changed plugs
wires and cleaned the iac still choked
then died so i pulled the fuel filter was
completely clogged replaced with new
now wont start good spark pulled
bleeder off fuel line no fuel checked all
fuses they are good my qeustion is
how would i test the pump im really
limited on tools dont have a pressure
gauge or multi meter is there a way to
test without the use of these?

go to autozone they have tool rentals so you could get the tools you need

I agree. They will give you your money back when you return the testers undamaged. Also check for inertia fuel cut off switch. Most fords have them. If red button is sticking up press it back down to reset switch. If this ok then do fuel pressure check.
