My 2002 Taurus won't crank. And won't start.. Not when jumped anything!! Just a weak clicking sound. Help please :(

wipers started going on and off by
themselves. A week ago and the car
just doesn't seem to do anything: (

Check your ground wires. Clean up what you can find. Also clean up all wires on and off the starter.

did you check your battery? Jumper cables are not really a battery test- start there- then go for the usual suspects, like Boho says-

Check starter and its fine same. With The battery could it have somthing to do with the alarm.

Anti theft. Don't use another key. It will read it wrong and won't start but tap on starter and try starting same time. Takes two ppl. Also check ur fusesall of them! EGR is a sensor I had to have replaced bc it kept dying and not responding so that was 50 dollars later but worked! Ground wires too! Clean battery terminal posts and keep eye on all ur fluids often. Leaks too.
