Is it cranking? Or cranking and not starting? Oil blowing out of dipstick indicates crankcase is over-pressured. Normally the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve keeps a crankcase breathing, but it can't handle a lot of blow-by pressure if you have loss of compression from bad rings, valve seats etc. You won't know for sure until you get a compression test done, and be prepared for some bad news.
