?battery fuses?---what is important here is the age of the battery...a five year old battery is like pushin' grandpa across the street---on crutches---get a good one (not walmart) NAPA, Prestolite, Interstate then be sure the black battery connection to ground has been wirebrushed free of corrosion, and the red wire going to the solenoid has a corrosion free path~ then turn the key...[where are the "battery fuses", I don't know aside from a destructive fuseable link} honestly has me scratchin' my head~

okay replaced battery, fuses...yes please, but why would a fuse be blown?...definitely replace your car's battery...with a goodun~
is it in park? is there an aftermarket alarm system installed? are there lights on the dash? are the battery connections tight? i agree with the previous posts. check if there is voltage going to the starter and replace the battery itself if you havent alrready done so.
